Small Office Room

For my instructable, I created a work office to show the importance of having a productive environment available. In this small space, it could help people focus on work assignments and fulfill their tasks effectively.

For the physical model, I used styrofoam, cardboard, popcycle sticks, and a hot glue to place all the items in place.

For my CAD design, I constructed it completely in Autodesk Fusion 360. To start, I began building the foundation of the layout, starting with the flooring and walls. After the outer exterior is done, I focused mostly on the main room with the furniture like a desk and bookcase. Once I had hollow shells of what I wished to add, I was able to attach a cabinet to the desk and start adding books into the shelf to allow the feeling that someone preoccupies this room for studies and referenced articles. Finally, I added the computer monitor which were split into small components to attach the monitor from the desk to the computer as supporters. Moving onto the outer designs, I placed a carpet into the middle for a subtle touch of coziness and added the door from the corridor. This creates a small haven of productivity to flourish without being over-crowded. As someone who is easily overwhelmed, this room would be perfect for a minimal office room to let ideas flow freely.

While my physical model is lacking in comparison to the Fusion model, I tried my best to replicate it using limited material.
