Slow Cook the Meat.
Place the beef slices in a slow cooker on low.
Mix in sliced onions.
In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over the beef.
Cook until the beef is tender, 4-6 hours. Mix once or twice during cooking if you are in the house, or totally forgetting it is fine too.
Toast the Buns.
About 10 minutes before the meat is done. Preheat oven at broil on high.
Use serrated bread knife, cut the bun open but still connected and place them on a baking sheet on the top shelf in the oven. Watch the whole time as it takes only a few minutes to toast the bun.
Serve
Serve the slow cooker barbecued beef on freshly toasted soft pretzel bun. They are meant to be a pair. Or serve it over egg noodles and rice with all the juice. It's delicious however you enjoy it. Once they are on the table, everyone will be so busy eating, sorry no pictures taken.
