Slide Camera From 3d Printer
This is the project to apply the recirculating ball bearing the made from 3D printing parts to design for the Camera slider. We used the Onshape 3d modeling software to create major parts and export design file in .STL format to the 3D printer to print the parts. From design proof we also used the Assembly function of Onshape to confirm before actual assembly to the final product. So this equipment could help improve or add more video taking techniques for all content creators.
From the experiment can refer to the mechanic and mechatronic from the equipment used the process of designing the 3D Printing Machine to be used as a material to help create various parts and also economical budget as well.

Supplies
Object used 1. 3D printing 2. Onshape 3. the Spindle ( Hand Drill) 4. Camera Gimbal 6. Camera or Mobile phone 7. Aluminum bar size 25.4mm x 25.4mm 8 .Stud Screw Rod Diameter 10 mm
Design
Process Design Using Onshape 3D Modeling Software.
The Drill Use to Drive the Actuator Screw Rod
We use the drill as the driver unit that connects to Screw rod. While the linear bearing will attach with Camera Gimbal clamp. So the actions of the Camera back and forth will be controlled by Drill rotate direction and Speed. See the picture for more description.a swivel causing the device holding the camera to rotate along Screw Rod.thead.

Swivel Causing
- Parts of Slice bar support from aluminum tube (25.4mmx25.4mm)
- Printing parts of side bar support (2 Pcs required)
Sliding Ball
- Recirculating Bearing parts from Thingiverse website https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2492939
- As for the slider, we have designed it in Onshape. The component has inserted with BB Gun Ceramic ball inside to make it slide smoothly and to support Gimbal weight

Camera or Moblie Phone Setup With Camera
Step 5: Camera or Moblie phone Setup with Camera Then attach the camera to the gimbal to move the camera along the slide of the axis Slide
Observe the picture result and we can use the face detection to see the gimbal movement to track the object in the picture. For further improvement we can use the stepper motor with controller shield as well for more precision.

End of Work
The pivot rod will drive the handle so our tripod can move left and right. From the project, we can refer to the axis of rotation and the integration of the 3D printer into the project perfectly.
