Skateboard:Just
Skateboard has been around 70 years since its birth. It has been improved gradually from the initial sea surfing. In 1962, it began to step on the land. In 1973, it had wheels. In addition, the research and development of skateboard materials has also reached the point of poverty and everything. Hard plastic, aluminum alloy, glass fiber, and even high-tech carbon composite materials are used to trial produce skateboards. Finally, Canada sugar maple with good impact resistance and light weight takes on the historical mission of a new generation of skateboard materials.
The polyurethane wheel across the big obstacles invented by Powell company and the concave skateboard tail patented by Stevenson bring the third generation skateboard to a higher level.
In the late 1980s, due to the development of skateboarding and the improvement of skaters' requirements for skateboarding skills, and in order to meet the needs of two-way sliding in the U-shaped pool, a kind of skateboarding with two ends raised and symmetrical shape completely different from the previous three generations of skateboarding appeared, which is the fourth generation of skateboarding.
Obviously, today's skateboard is the choice of generations in the past 70 years, and in 2020 it will appear in the form of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.
Just for now, this kind of skateboard may not be the most perfect, but it is the most suitable for most people, so I decided not to change the structure of the skateboard, just add my own understanding of it in some details.
Supplies
The main board of the skateboard is made of Canadian maple, and it is usually made of many layers of maple and then professionally pressed into a thin board.
The bracket is made of aluminum alloy and high-strength steel bars.
The bearing material is ceramic.
Step 1: Set Up the Main Board
One main board : length : 79cm
width :20cm
This step uses irregular curve instead of straight board combination to make the skateboard more beautiful and present a streamlined aesthetic feeling.
Step 2: Cut the Main Board
In this step, the main purpose is to cut the edge part of the sliding plate into an arc.
Step 3: Add a Thin Layer to the Main Board
Take out the box with the same length and
width as the main board, set the height to 60, and copy the main board twice. Turn the main board into a hollow, align the three on the x-axis and y-axis, reduce the space between the two hollow main boards on the z-axis to 0.1, and cut off the other parts of the cube. We get the picture above.
Align the two as shown above.
The main purpose of this step is to make the board more realistic, and the main details are to make the board thin enough.
Step 4: Set Up the Bracket and Wheel
Build a base for a support:length : 17.25cm
width : 14.02cm
Use screws and nuts to fix the base on the main board.
Take the pipe shape,, bevel to 2, bevelsegments to 10, take the cylinder to adjust the size and rotation angle. Assemble them on the bracket.
This step is to establish a bracket connecting the board and the wheel. The bracket part will be different from the traditional skateboard, so that materials can be saved during the construction of skateboard.
Step 5: Combination Skateboard
Install the bracket to the slide plate. Get the skateboard.
Step 6: Change the Color of Skateboard
Change the color to make it look more beautiful, so you will get double happiness.
Step 7: Give It Meaning
When you ask why you choose skateboard, you may say that it's cool, because it's more interesting, because when you like skateboarding, the feeling of the whole world roaring past you is that it gives you freedom, that is...
Now, let's just look for the reason why we first chose skateboard, and recall the original happiness when you put one foot on the skateboard and the other foot off the ground for the first time, looking for the original meaning of skateboard!
