Site Radio Phone Charger and Aux Input
I have an old site radio for when I'm working but unlike the modern alternative it doesn't have the ability to charge your phone or have an aux input to play your own music.
My idea to overcome that was put a cigarette lighter socket in the side of the radio housing and use a fm modulator to transmit to the radio.
Undo your radio housing making sure there is enough room behind to fit the lighter socket
Drill a 25mm hole fit plug and run a cable from the centre of the socket to live and the one from the other housing is your earth.
That's it done. Now enjoy
