Knowing how to Crochet a Oval Base is helpful in so many ways. The Crochet Oval bottom forms the base for variety of Crochet Projects like Placemats, Tablemats, Rugs , Purses and Bags and many more.

Today am sharing the pattern for Single Crochet Oval Base With T-Shirt Yarn. I love working with T-Shirt Yarn. The T-Shirt Yarn is best for making Sturdy projects like Bags and Rugs. The base is worked in rounds , by making a slip stitch at end of each round. You can just change the starting number of chain stitches to make it according to your crochet project.
