Simply Delicious 4 Layer Pie
I made Simply Delicious 4 Layered Pie. This is a favorite in our house and is very simple to make. It is a 4 layer process starting with the crust. If you like chocolate pudding and Cool Whip, you will LOVE this!
Supplies
PIE CRUST:
1/2 c. Butter
1c. Flour
1c. Chopped Pecans
Bowl/Spoon, or fork
13x9 Aluminum Pan
Layer 1, the Crust
- Melt the butter.
- Add the flour and Pecans, mix well.
- Put mixture in 13x9 pan
- Spread mixture to cover bottom of pan
- Bake on 375 degrees for 15 min.
- Let cool
- while crust is cooling, go to second layer
Making the Second Layer
8oz pkg Cream Cheese
1 c. Powered Sugar
11/2 c. Cool Whip

Spoon
- Combine the Cream Cheese, Powdered Sugar and cool whip in a bowl.
- Mix until blended
- spread evenly over crust (being careful not to pull pecans up)
- put in fridge to chill
- move on to third layer
Making the Third Layer
2 3.9oz boxes of instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

- Put the pudding packets in bowl
- Add the milk
- mix thoroughly
- pour mixture over last layer in pan
- put in fridge until set
The Fourth & Final Layer
8 oz container of Cool Whip
Spoon
- Remove pie from fridge
- Evenly spread cool whip on contents in pie pan
- ENJOY!
- Keep covered and Refrigerated
