Simplest How To: Notebook/Sketchbook

Want an easy, quick little craft that will definitely be useful!? This sketchbook is so simple and elegant, made with materials most will have lying around! so lets get started . . .

1 colorful piece of paper

10 sheets blank paper

2 staples

1 tack

scissors

1. stack the papers together having the colorful one at the back.
2. fold neatly, creasing in half
3. now you can see it is looking a little like a book/journal

1. find the crease you made
2. get 1 staple and figure out where you want it to go in the crease
3. then tack 2 holes where you want each end to go into
4. next, put the staple in, and do the again where you want a staple to be near the bottom on the crease line
5. flip the book over and find where the staples came through
6. fold them down with something durable and hard, maybe the metal part of a scissors.
7. now turn your book to the front and crease again
8. now you may notice that some of the papers are sticking out, go ahead and trim those off with a scissors
9. complete! enjoy your sketchbook!
