I love keeping my Supplies organized, especially in school. It just makes life more easier!

This is a finished product of my organizer. Fact: IT HANGS! I have decorated and to be honest its really simple. it may look hard, but it uses very simple basics in math and cutting.

CAUTION: Have a PARENT with you if you are under the AGE OF 12, NOT only for supervision but also for any help needed

How To Open A Box:

If you have a box, you should first learn how to open it without damaging anything. The instructions/photos are clearly shown above.

  1. Start off with checking the box where the flap is, which holds the box together
  2. Cut the flap slowly with an x-acto knife
  3. Now the box will open, if there is any tape or glue that holds the box together then you can cut it off with an x-acto knife

Now that the box is open you can start making measurements more easily and cut more easily!

This step is a bit hard, so if you need help ask your parents or your teacher. Do double check your measurements, everything may not be accurate.

For the flaps, they don't exactly have to be in the middle (mine aren't), but try to make them closer to the middle than making measurements in random places. The flaps play an important role in connecting the card board pieces together.

For the "sides" there has to be a 115 degree angle. A picture is shown above.

use rulers and a sharp pencil to make your measurements more accurate.

CAUTION: Have Parent Supervision

DO NOT CUT THE FLAPS. Because of how/the position they will be attached, certain flaps must be cut on the back, while others must be cut on the front.

The measurements are on the pictures above.

For the “back” cardboard piece you want to figure out the width of the part you are going to rap around. That’s why mine is 1.8 cm, the width is 1.8 cm, so it fits perfectly.

Cut around the borders, then cut inside. The only part I would say that you have to cut inside is for the back card board piece. You have to cut on the lines that have a separation of 1.8 cm.

Which flaps need to be cut on the back/front? Good question!

Don't cut too deep or else the flap will break, then you have to all your measurements again. Just like I said ' The flaps play an important role in connecting the card board pieces together '. So cut everything cautiously.

Card board pieces with flaps (and which side to cut them):

  • Front:
  1. For the side flaps cut them on the front,
  2. For the bottom flap also cut them on the front
  • Both sides:
  1. For one of the sides cut all of the flaps on the front
  2. For the other side, cut all the flaps on the back
  • Back
  1. Cut all the flaps on the back
  • Inside #1- Near the front
  1. Cut both flaps on the back
  • Inside #2- Near the back
  1. Cut both flaps in the front

For the back piece divide the top (2.5 cm by 6 cm) big flap into 3, so there would be 3 rectangles that are 2 cm each. Now cut it in the front, don’t cut them too deep. Then fold them in, you will get three thick card board pieces together, now measure the width and length. Accordingly make the width and length on the back of the “ back card board piece. Just like in the pictures above, Now cut it out and insert the 3 thick card pieces, example in the photos above.

Acrylic paint is what I would recommend. Label one side after painting it so you don't forget which card board is which. As the paint absorbs into the card board, it may bend. One simple approach is to paint one side, then paint the second side when the first side has dried. This makes the card board, stiffer and less bendable.

I am a huge fan of KPOP so I decorated mine with my favourite KPOP groups.

Don't paint the intersection between the flap and the card board.

Enjoy painting !😃

This step is hard, so if you need your parents help please ask them.

Gluing the pieces together is easy but where to glue them is going to be hard.

  1. if you need to to may need to peel/take off the first layer of cardboard on the flaps so you fit in everything.

Let’s start with gluing the front and the 2 side's:

  1. Start by gluing the “flaps”, but the “bottom flap” should be on the inside (front piece)
  2. For the 2 sides, put the flaps inside of the front piece (2 side’s)

Next is gluing the 2 sides and the front, to the bottom:

  1. First glue the “front piece’s bottom flap” to the bottom (front piece)
  2. then slowly glue the “2 side’s bottom flap” to the bottom (2 sides)
  3. now the bottom, front, and the 2 side’s are all glued together

Then we are going to glue the inside #1 and inside #2 to what we have finished so far

  1. lets start with inside #1
  2. we are going to take the side flaps of the inside #1 and glue it to the the 2 side’s, each flap will be glued to one of the 2 side’s
  3. Picture #12 is how far away you are supposed to but the inside #1 and inside #2
  4. Next lets do inside #2
  5. Do the same thing as inside #1

Glue the back piece to everything

  1. Glue all the flaps on the outside

Now we are done! Phew, what a journey!

The finished product are the last few photos!
