Simple Sand Candle

This easy candle is a decoration and very simple to make

Sand (very fine) I found that working with rough sand gave a rocky texture to the candle

Mold

Wax

Container

Place the sand in the container
You may have to add some water to make it mold able
Place the mold into the sand and press down
Remove the mold when satisfied
Melt the wax and pour into the sand mold
Place a skewer into the wax when soft to make a hole
Let the wax harden and place the string in
Pour wax over the other end and let it harden
Remove the candle when done
