Little bored since it's my day off of school, so I used a bunch of other tutorials (found on here) and came up with my own! The other tuts didn't have a pen like mine so thats why :]

Supplies

Mech. pencil you dont use, some GOOD, and SHARP scissors, springs (if the pencil your using doesn't have any) and something to push through the tube of the pencil.

Disassemble the Pencil

You might not have the spring form the pencil or you will, but you will def. have the

1) Pencil tip, you can pull it from the pencil with your bare hands

2) led/ eraser chamber. The chamber will have a black thing in it, cut the tip off with the scissors and it should fall out of the chamber. make sure when you cut, you don't ruin the white colored part. it should be hollow when you finish

3) your left with the barrel of the launcher, its the main color of the pencil.

Choosing a Spring

PLEASE make sure you choose the right spring. You can test with different sizes (what I did) and if one gets stuck, POP! Just push it out with your pusher (the meatal thingy in the supplies section)

Start of Assembly

Once you have your spring, you can start assembling. If you want a cleaner look, you can put the tip of the pencil (shown in the disassembly section) back on. I chose to discard it. Put the spring in the MAIN COLOR of the pencil. You can see which one I put it in via the picture.

insert the led chamber into the main barrel and there you go! (Note, the longer the spring the farther your launch, just don't choose a spring that takes up the entire width of the barrel or else it'll get stuck!)

(DONT hit people, pets, or living things in general with this. Spring may fall out when launching/ has launched. Doesnt go too far, but do some tests and alterations!)
