Simple Glass Bottle Lamp

Hi,

In this instructable, I will share, how to decorate your house using old glass bottles and save environment buy recycling

It is simple to make and can be made into many forms

I experimented with candle and rice lights. Simply Amazing ........

Material
- Clear or yellow stained Glass Bottle
- Candles
- glass paint
- String lights
- Wooden base
- Thick permanent marker black

Tools
- Paint brush
- Glass Bottle cutting jig

There is many ways by which one can cut glass bottles and instructions available online as well. I will skip that part ..

With non permanent marker make trees and leafs. This is to test and experiment with designs

Once you had enough practice and good with design. Use yellow glass stain paint and generously apply on the bottle


Let it dry for few hours....

Now using permanent marker, dress l draw trees and leafs as shown

One can be inspired by trees around then or just search online.

I experimented with candle, tea lights, string lights

If you donot like your design. one can start over by just washing the bottle and scrubbing gently
