Simple Fruit Smoothie

Berry Smoothies are easy to make and good and are healthy for you! This is just a simple recipe for a basic berry smoothie.

Supplies

Ingredients

  1. Frozen Fruit Mix
  2. Banana (Ripe)
  3. Honey
  4. Yogurt (Vanilla)
  5. Water

Supplies

  1. Blender
  2. Measuring cups
  3. Measuring spoon

Prepping

For this step, you will need to set up all your supplies for the smoothie. Have them out and prepped for use.

Fruits

There is no specific order in which the ingredients need to be placed, but personally starting with fruit first is recommended. Make sure the blender is set up all of these ingredients will be placed inside it.

  1. You must first add 2 cups of your choice of frozen fruit.
  2. Then you must add 1 Banana (preferably ripe)

Cutting down the banana into halves or parts is also recommended because it allows for a smoother blend.

Any other fruits or elements you'd like to add would be alright too, it's good to experiment and expand the pallet but this is what you'd put in for a regular fruit smoothie.

Liquids

Once you are done adding in your fruits, you will need to continue on and add the remaining wet ingredients.

  1. Add 1-2 Teaspoons of Honey (more or less if you prefer a sweeter or less sweet taste)
  2. Add 1 cup of Vanilla Yogurt ( The type of yogurt can be changed based on preferences as well as the flavor but vanilla is recommended)
  3. Add 1 cup of Water

Mixing

Once you have added all the ingredients into the blender you can proceed into mixing it up.

  1. Blend the mixture for about 3-4 minutes or until you feel most of it is blended.

If you prefer more chunks in the drink blend for less time, while if you prefer a more smoother taste leave it in for longer,

By this point, the smoothie should be complete and ready to enjoy! add ice if you would like for it to cool you down!
