Hey There,

Today i'm going to share a recipe to maintain your blood sugar level. Yes it really works, because in our country Ivy gourd is specially known for maintaining blood sugar level. you can find this fruits growing near mountain areas. i advice you to take this every week for better effect and this is not a main dish. Supplies

  1. 250 grams of Ivy gourd
  2. Cooking Oil
  3. Mustard and Urad dal
  4. Turmeric Powder
  5. Chilli Power
  6. Salt
  7. Garam Masala (optional)
  8. Curry Leaves

At first you need to cut the gourd to thin slices so that it can be cooked in short time. heat your pan and pour some cooking oil. when the oil is warm, add some mustard and urad dal mixture then add the sliced gourd. Now saute it for 5 minutes until it turns golden colour.

After it turns golden yellow, add some Turmeric powder, Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Salt and Curry leaves and saute for three more minutes. Enjoy the Dish before it gets cold...
