  1. Using the scissors, cut 4 strips of cloth 1 inch (3 cm) wide by about 12 inches (30 cm) long
  2. Cut out a square of cloth that can cover your face.
  3. Using the stapler, staple one end of one of the strips of cloth to one corner of the square of cloth. Be sure to use 2 or 3 staples.
  4. Repeat for the other 3 strips of cloth on the other 3 corners of the square of cloth.
  5. Using the duct tape, cover both sides of the staples on each corner of the mask. This is to protect the wearer's skin from the staples and to reinforce them.

Supplies

  1. Old Shirt
  2. Scissors
  3. Duct tape
  4. Stapler
