Do you want to have taste buds dance in your mouth? I did so I made up a quick batch of these crispy delicacies. These potatoes take 20-30 min to cook and serve 1 person.

You will need

2 tbsp of vegetable oil

1 russet potato

1 lemon

Black pepper(as much as you want I used 1 tsp)

Optional

Onion (use as much as you want this is fully customizable!)

Cookware

Cutting board

Knife

Spatula

Small frying pan

Small bowl

Cutting Potatoes

The first step is cutting the potato. I cut it in half then cut those 2 pieces in half again then cut it vertically. This is how I achieved the cubes. The bigger you cut the cubes the longer it will take to cook smaller cubes with smaller cook time. You could peel the potato skin off. I liked how it tastes but it will take less time if the skin is peeled. Then put the potatoes that you cut up into our small bowl. Now add the vegetable oil to make the potatoes not stick to the pan when cooking.

There is really not that much to these steps. Put the potatoes in the small frying pan put the stove on medium heat cook until crispy around the edges you can taste the potatoes until they are soft enough to your liking.

Cutting Onions/Lemons

This is another short step. I used 1/4 of an onion and I diced the onion up. First I chopped it up vertically than horizontal that is how I achieved the look above. Next, I cut the lemon this was only a chop in the middle that was needed for this.

Adding Flavor

Throw the onions in until they are floppy and not as solid. That is how you will know that they are cooked. Squeeze the lemon and make sure not to get any seed into the potatoes. You can add chives or green onions and cheese to customize this dish.
