Clean Work Space

Make sure your workspace is clean. You do not want any dirt, dust bunny, etc., going into your cheesecake.
Gather Ingredients & Materials

- 2 Graham cracker crusts
- 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 blocks of cream cheese
- Bottle of Lemon juice
- Vanilla extract
- Electrical mixer
- Measuring cup
- Table spoon
(We prefer to use name brand items when it comes to cheesecake, also, we make two cheesecakes at a time because the quality tends to be consistently better)
Start With Cream Cheese

Add two blocks of cream cheese to the bowl
Add Vanilla Extract

Add 2 1/2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
Sweeten It Up a Bit!

Pour in two cans of sweetened condensed milk
Make It a Little Tangy

Combine mixture with 2 1/2 cups of lemon juice

Add Mixture to Crusts

Pour mixture into the pie crusts
Even It Out

Use spoon to even out the mixture within the crusts
Let It Set
