Simple Can Lamp

After you finish your drink, you dispose off your can in the recycle bin right?
Have you thought of recycling those cans yourself. I share with you how to make a very simple lamp for beautifying your home and emergency.
Supplies

Materials
Can
LED
Cardboard
3.7v battery
Switch
Wires
Glue
Tools
Scissors
Soldering iron (to make your work neat)
Cut the Can

Cut the can as shown in the pictures with scissors. Be careful to avoid injury. Make an opening at the bottom of the can to accommodate the LED. It should be wide enough to avoid shorting the circuit.
Assembling

Pierce a little piece of cardboard and glue the LED sticking the legs out on the other side. Glue the cardboard to the can as shown. Solder wires to the switch and then to the battery.
Testing

Check for any short at the soldering points and test the lamp. Mine was very bright and fun to use.
