Simple Breakfast for Building Muscle

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! When it comes to bodybuilding, protein is the most important food group. This simple breakfast which consists of eggs and ground turkey is high in protein and low in fats, which is important for building lean muscle. This will only take 10 minutes to make as it is very simple.
Supplies

You will need:
- Large Eggs
- Ground Turkey
- Preferred Seasoning.
- Cooking Oil
Whisk the Egg

Crack 3 to 4 eggs and whisk until it becomes bright yellow.
Cook Ground Turkey

Cook about 120 grams of turkey with medium high heat using your preferred oil for about 5 minutes or until light brown. Make sure to not overcook it as it becomes dry. Also make sure to break down the ground turkey to prevent large clumps. You would want small pieces of meat with consistent sizes.
Add Egg Into Pan and Stir

Once the ground turkey is done cooking, add the egg into the pan with the ground turkey and stir. As the egg solidifies, add your preferred seasoning. With an extra protein shake, enjoy!
