This bread is fairly easy to make, and a great use of old bananas.

Turn on the Oven

Begin by preheating the oven to 350° Fahrenheit

Beat: butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream together until well combined.

Now add in the bananas(break them up a bit before throwing them in). Mix well.

Now add the flour, baking soda, and salt (everything else) and mix well.

Bake

Divide and pour batter into two loaf pans. Bake at 350° F for 55-60 mins, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.

Cool

Once the time is up, take the pans out of the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes are up, run a knife around the edges and dump the bread out onto a cooling rack. Once it is cooled fully slice it up and enjoy!
