Shrimp Fettuccine (Cajun Recipe)

Ingredients

Ingredients:

⦁ 3 onions, chopped

⦁ 1 bellpepper, chopped

⦁ 3 stalks celery, chopped

⦁ 3 cloves garlic, chopped

⦁ 3 sticks butter

⦁ 3 pounds shrimp, peeled, deveined, and seasoned

⦁ 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

⦁ 1 pound velveeta cheese, soft, cubed

⦁ 1 pint half and half

⦁ 16 ounces fettuccine noodles cooked and drained

Cook Vegetables in Butter

In a large pot, saute the onions, bell pepper, celery, and garlic in melted butter until wilted.

Add Shrimp

Add shrimp, and cook until the shrimp are pink.

Add the Goodies

  1. Add cream of mushroom soup and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Add cheese and half and half. Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add Noodles

5. Add noodles and mix thoroughly.

6. Pour into a 13x9 inch casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
