Shoulder Rehabilitation Puzzle

A device for training and strengthening the shoulder muscles which combines playing with magnet colored disks in the exercise

1. Download DXF files for CNC milling

2. Download STL files for 3D printing

Choose your favorite wood board which need to be in size 110mmX550mm and 12mm thickness

after CNC, disassemble all the parts and sanding them

Print all the STL files and sanding them

Buy a standart broomstick and cut it for two parts: 360mm, 530mm

You will need:

- Different sizes of weights, pay attention that the size will fit to your broomstick

- 4 brackets for the front panel connection

- 8X4m screws 10mm length for the disks

- 27X4m screws 16mm length for the shelf, disk holders and brackets

- One magnet with diameter of 8.5mm and 14mm length for the disk catcher

Paint all the disks part according to the Color palette in the game cards print (document attached in step 8)

After painting, screw 8XM4 10mm screws in the center hole of the disks

Download the playing cards document and print it

It is recommended to cover the cards with plastic sheets in order to keep them for a longer time
