Remove the Primer

The first step is to remove the primer. The best way I found is to use a screwdriver and a hammer. Place the screwdriver in the shell right in the middle where the primer is. Then place the butt of the screwdriver on a table and with a hammer hit the edge of the metal several times. You should see the primer popping out.

Clean

For best results clean the shells of any dirt.

Glue Time!

Now take you lights and use a hot glue gun to glue around the bulb. Quickly slip the metal part of the shotgun shell over the bulb. Allow a few seconds to cool before you move on to the next one.

Once you have finished the strand, hang it up, plug it in and enjoy!
