  2. Cut out a 6x12 inch piece and cut it into two triangles. (pic. 2)

Part 2: Assemble:

  1. Arrange the cardboard the same way as the picture with the hot glue gun shows. (pic 3)
  2. Glue everything to the base board (10x12). (pic. 4)

Part 3: Shooter Frame:

Part 1: Make Arm:

  1. Make a mark on the popsicle stick at about 1/4 down from the top.
  2. Glue on the toothpick or replacement of the toothpick on the line.

Part 2: Measure and Add Rig:

  1. Make a mark 4.5 inches from the right of the frame, then make one at 5.5, then at 6.5. (pic. 1)
  2. Poke holes at the about halfway up the 1x2 pieces. Slide the shooter arm through to see of the toothpick can fir and slide. If not, enlarge the holes.
  3. Glue down the 1x2 pieces, the tall way, with the shooter arm through them. (pic. 2) (As you may have noticed, in the picture I glued the pieces on first, DO NOT DO THIS! I had to pull them off, then re-glue them to easily get the arm on.)

Part 3: Finish Entire Shooter:

  1. Make a circle about the same size of your ping-pong ball with cardboard.
  2. Wrap some cardboard around the circle and glue on. (pic. 3)
  3. Glue onto far end of arm. (pic. 4)
  4. Take a small piece of popsicle stick and apply a dot of glue to either end. Put rubber band on the piece, making sure the glue doesn't touch it. Put that under the front end of the arm and push down. (pic. 5)
  5. Apply a bit more glue to either end, making almost a seat belt to hold it down better. (pic. 6)

Make Rim

Play a couple times and see where the ball goes. Make a little marker mark.

  1. Draw a plus sign with two 3x3 inch lines. Connect the lines with quarter circles. (pic. 1)
  2. Make a smaller circle inside. (pic. 2)
  3. Make a trapezoid under it. (pic. 3)
  4. Cut out large circle, then cut out small circle from large circle. Fold the trapezoid up. (pic. 4)
  5. Glue the trapezoid section to the marker line. Once dry, fold up the rim so it is straight.

Test!

Play the game a bit and see if it works. If it does, great! If it doesn't, think about what went wrong and try to fix it.

Make a Simple Ramp

Make a simple ramp leading down and maybe attach barriers. There is an example image.
