Shiro Hana (White Flower) Cocktail

Need a romantic cocktail for Valentine's Day or maybe something for a wedding or bridal shower? This one is simple, delicious, and just a little bit whimsical.
Ingredients and Tools

- A can of Lychees in heavy syrup (check your Asian food markets)
- A bottle of champagne or white sparkling wine
- A champagne flute
- A white rose bud
Mix Your Ingredients

- Add about 3/4 of an ounce (or 2 1/2 tablespoons) of lychee syrup into your champagne flute
- Fill the remainder of your glass with champagne or sparkling wine

Take your white rose and snip the stem off so that just the bud remains. Place the bud onto the top of the glass like pictured above and serve!
