Cook Meat

Brown the meat and season it.
Add Onions and Carrots

Add shredded onions and carrots and cook for a few minutes until onions are translucent.
Season Meat

Add thyme
Rosemary
Tomato paste
And cook off. The beef I cooked wasn't very fatty so I had to add a little bit of chicken broth.
Add a few drops of Worcestershire at the end.
