Sharpening Knives

My wife's kitchen and our shop constantly needs knives and scissors sharpened. I created this quick 9 min Youtube video to walk you through how to sharpen your own personal knives using a traditional wetstone. I do this roughly every week.
To do this you will need:
1) Knife to be Sharpened
2) Multi-grit wet stone (I like the Smith's TRI-6 Arkansas TRI-HONE Sharpening Stones System which runs you around $20 on Amazon.)
3) Stone Oil (Norton Sharpening Stone Oil is good, but a little pricey around $7.00 a bottle, does last a while)
4) Paper Towel Or Two To Spread Oil Evenly/Clean Knife in Between Passes
Hopefully this will help you too.
