Ingredients

Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold

soft butter or margarine flour, if desired

Butterflake Rolls

Spray muffin tin.

Make 4-5 deep cuts into roll.

Brush butter between all cuts.

Place cut roll in each cup of a muffin tin.

Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise.

Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.

Cloverleaf Rolls

Spray muffin tin.

Cut rolls in half.

Place three halves in each cup of the muffin tin.

Brush butter over dough.

Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise.

Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.

Double Rolls

Spray muffin tin.

Brush roll with butter.

Place two rolls in each cup of muffin tin.

Brush butter over dough.

Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise.

Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.

Kaiser Rolls

Spray baking pan.

Roll dough into a 12-inch rope.

Tie in a single knot.

Bring one end over and down and the other under and up.

Place on pan, brush egg wash, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise.

Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.

Knot Rolls

Spray baking pan.

Roll dough into a 9-inch rope.

Tie in a single knot and place on pan.

Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise.

Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.

Parkerhouse Rolls

Spray baking pan.

Flatten each roll into an oval.

Brush center of flattened roll with butter.

Fold roll with top slightly overlapping and place on pan.

Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise.

Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.

Pumpkin Rolls

Spray baking pan.

Flatten roll slightly.

Make 6-8 cuts, evenly spaced, around the roll.

Place on pan and use end of wooden spoon to press down the center.

Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise.

Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.

Remove from oven and brush with butter.

Place pecan piece in center for stem.

Swirl Rolls

Spray muffin tin.

Roll dough into a 12-inch rope.

Dust rope with flour.

Form into a coil and place in muffin tin.

Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise.

Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
