Shake/mix a Gallon of Paint.

This does not need any diagrams...or videos...it is just an easy way to shake/remix a gallon of house paint. Requirements a gallon of paint with a tightly sealed lid. A standard bed or mattress...any size...with spring coils (foam mattresses may work...definitely not a waterbed or airbed).
It may seem a little silly, but I did not have a good clean stir stick on hand, and did not really want to use my hand or a roller to stir the paint. What I did have nearby was a bed. Here is what you do.
Step 1
Place the TIGHTLY SEALED paint can on the bed. To be safe you may want to put a plastic drop cloth on the bed first, or put the can inside of a plastic garbage bag before starting to shake it.
Step 2

Repeatedly and vigorously push the paint can down against the mattress very rapidly, letting the springs push the can back at you helping you to shake the can.
Step 3
Depending on how recently the paint was mixed you should have a well mixed can of paint ready to go in 1 to 5 minutes.
NOTE
If you have to mix an old can, or a previously unmixed can it may take longer to get a good uniform color.
It may be a little tiring if you end up having to do this for a while.
