After doing your base makeup you then want to apply concealer to the forehead, nose, under eye, chin and a lot thicker on the upper lip. Then you want to set your face with powder and apply a contour powder to the hollows of your cheeks, hairline, jawline and around the upper lip.

Then with a skin toned eye shadow apply this all over the lid. With your eyeliner you want to apply a dramatic wing and also extend this on the inner corner.

To finish of the eye apply mascara to the top lashes and some false lashes.

With a brow pencil or just a light brown pencil you want to sketch out the whiskers on your face and the freckles on the upper lip.

For the cat nose you want to draw a upside down triangle on the tip of the nose and draw a line down to the lip and line the upper lip like lip liner.

Now you can go back with the eye liner and draw on the freckles and whiskers. Also apply a pink lipstick to the lips.
