Secret Ingredient Omelet!

This omelet packs an unusual spice! Read on to discover the secret ingredient in my Grandpa's delicious omelets.

Supplies

In this recipe you need: 1 tbs of butter, 1/2 tbs of oregano, 1/4 tsp of black pepper, 1/4 tsp of salt, 2 eggs, 6-8in. skillet, a spatula, and a bowl. (If you are lactose intolerant and can't have dairy, then you can use pam spray or vegetable oil into the skillet.)

Crack 2 Eggs Into the Bowl.

Crack both eggs into the bowl.

Add the Spices Into the Bowl As Well.

Add 1/2 tbs of oregano, 1/4 tsp of black pepper, and 1/4 tsp of salt into the bowl.

Whisk!

Whisk until the clumps of yolk disappear, and until the spices are mixed in with the eggs.

Put Butter, Oil, or Pam Spray Into the Skillet.

Turn Heat On.

Turn the heat on until the butter is fully melted, then you can spread the butter around the skillet.

Pour the Eggs Into the Skillet.

Pour the eggs into the skillet.

Flip the Omelet

Flip the omelet once the outside of the omelet is cooked, and when the omelet is a bronze color.

Make Sure Both Sides Are Cooked Then Put It on a Plate.

Flip again until it is also a bronze color. After both sides are cooked you can put it on a plate.

Put All the Extra Things You Want on It.

Add whatever you like on your omelet! In this example I used cheese! Enjoy!
