Sea Shell Picture Frame
1. Supplies: Flat picture frame, shells/sea glass, lacquer (optional), hot glue gun.
2. Clean shells and then dip them in lacquer (or paint with clear nail polish) if you want to strengthen them.
3. Use hot glue to secure shells to the picture frame.
