Hi, my name is Kaiser, I teach people to make an easy yet healthy meal to start their days. Today I am going to present the skills and knowledge on how to cook an easy breakfast meal for any day of the week. I just have a few easy steps to just how easy it is to cook scrambled eggs. Knowing how to scrambled eggs will eliminate any possibility of going to school or work hungry.

Supplies

The first step we will go over is to get a simple frying pan from the cupboard or under the oven. The size doesn't matter but it should be an appropriate size for the task at hand. Also, make sure the quality of eggs is good. Next, get some non-stick spray for the pan that the will be cooked on. The last three things we will need is a bowl, whisk, and spatula.

Getting Started

The second step is where the fun starts, first turn the stove on to medium-high heat and let the pan warm up for about 30 seconds. In this time, you can crack your eggs into the bowl and stir them with the whisk. After the pan gets nice and warm spray the cooking spray into it. After the cooking spray has been applied to the pan carefully dump the bowl of whisked eggs into the pan.

Cooking the Eggs

Once the eggs are in the pan, take the spatula and stir the eggs in a figure 8. An extra option we can do is add salt and pepper to the eggs to add some extra flavor. While stirring you want to make sure the eggs don't sit in one spot for too long or they could burn. They are finished when there's no runny yolk and they start to become a more-dull shade of yellow.

Enjoying the Eggs

After the eggs are done cooking, take them off the burner and carefully transfer the eggs to a plate or bowl. Once in the bowl we have the option to add more salt or pepper or and any other seasoning. Now that that the eggs are all scrambled and ready to eat we can sit back and relax while eating this delicious dish.
