- Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Let the water come to a boil.
Cook Pasta
- Add in the pasta.
- Cook it till al-dente.
- Check it with the help of a fork. You can even do a taste test.

- The pasta is done. Now strain the pasta.

- Boil it for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the onion bayleaf and clove for the milk.
- Let it cool down.
Melt Butter
- Take a deep pan.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter.

- Cook it for 2-3 minutes till you smell a good aroma of the cooked flour.
Add Milk
- Slowly add the boiled milk into the butter-flour mixture.
- Keep stirring it till all the lumps are dissolved.
- This will take a few minutes.
- Keep the flame on high.
- Slowly you will see the sauce will thicken and there will be a change in the consistency.
Say CHEEESEEE
- Add in all the types of cheese you have into the sauce.
- I have used 3 cheese slices and about 100 grams of processed cheese. More the cheese, better the taste. You can use any cheese you have (mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan, etc)
- Mix it well with the sauce.
- Keep mixing till the cheese melts.
- The sauce looks so creamy and cheesy.
- Add (1/2 cup of fresh cream) This is completely optional..
Taste Maker

- 1 teaspoon of chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon of oregano/mixed herbs
- 1 teaspoon of salt(as per taste)
Mix everything well.
Combine
- Combine the boiled pasta and sautéd veggies with the sauce.
