Sausage Rolls
This is my recipe for the easiest sausage rolls that you´ll ever find. The perfect bring along to a party.
What You Need
Here is what you need:
- puff pastry
- sausages
- one egg
- a zip of milk
Cut It
Preheat your oven to 200°C/390°F.
Cut the sausages into small pieces (about 3 cm / 1inch)
Cut the puff pastry into small squares (about 4x3cm /1,5x1inch)
Roll It
Lay the sausage pieces onto the puff pastry squares. Now roll the pastry around the sausages and fold the edges (like a present)
Paint It
Mix the egg with a zip of milk and spread it over the tops of the sausage rolls.
Put it into the oven for about 10 minutes or until they are golden.
