I used SketchUp to design the file. The windows are made out of clear filament. I've grouped the windows together, so please explode them from the rest of the design.

The base of the model is attached to the rest of the model via a nut and bolt set (you can use a soldering iron as well). The bolt is attached to the model via a soldering iron (you can use glue if you wish, but it's risky).

Solder the battery the LEDs, the switch and the battery charging module to the circuit.
