Samoan Corned Beef Spaghetti

You never really know what you like until you take that first bite of something new. I've learned that food isn't just about eating, it's about discovering new flavors and connecting with traditions that bring people together. This Samoan dish is a family favorite, one that every Samoan household loves to make. I remember when my mom first taught my sisters and me how to make it; the kitchen was filled with laughter, the smell of spaghetti and corned beef, and the sound of music playing in the background. Whenever we're too tired to cook, this is our easy go-to meal that always brings comfort. So let me hook you up with something you can make for your family and for yourself! Enjoy!
Supplies

      - Cooking pot
- Wooden Spoon
- Cutting Board (used for onions)
- Knife (to cut onions)
- 2 Ox & Palm Corned Beef Cans (Preferably get the one at Red Apple (Palm Brand), if in Anchorage)
- 1 15.8 Oz of Campbell's Spaghetti Can (Can also be bought from Red Apple)
- 1 medium Onion, sliced
- Vegetable Oil
- Black Pepper
Cut Onions

Before starting the whole process of cooking this meal, it is best to start prepping your ingredients. However, you may cut your onions as you like them to be. But for me, I like them sliced and not diced.
Open Your Canned Goods

      - Open your spaghetti and set it aside
- Open the Corned Beef onto a plate
- Use a spoon to beat or break down the beef into pieces
- And then remove any fats
Cooking Pot

      - Place your cooking pot on the stove and turn it on at high temperature
- 3-second count pour your vegetable oil into your pot
- Make sure the vegetable oil covers the bottom of the pot
- Wait for the Oil to heat up
- Turn the burner down to medium heat
and then
- Proceed to pour onions into the pot when the oil is hot
Add Corned Beef

While your onions are still frying,
- Add in your corned beef
- Continuously stir it to fry the beef
- Stir until you see it's well-cooked and not raw
Add in Spaghetti

After pouring your corned beef into your pot,
- Add in your spaghetti
- Mix it well with the corned beef
- Add in your black pepper
Serve

After everything is in the pot,
- Wait for at least a minute or two before turning off your burner
- After a minute, you'll see bubbles popping (it means it's ready), turn the burner down to medium heat
- Stir well one last time
and then...
Serve and ENJOY!
