Cut the onions in small pieces and fry them with the oil in a hot pan. Scatter salt & pepper to it and fry them till they are golden. Add butter let it melt and then give the flour to it and stir a few minutes. Now add 500ml water and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

Scatter salt & pepper to the meat. Then add parsley, the egg, breadcrumbs & a half cup from the sauce. Mix everything together and form salisbury steaks out of it. Place the steaks in an oven form. Clean the champinons and cut them in slices. Lay the slices on the steaks and pour the sauce over it. Cover the oven form with aluminum foil and put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air.

After 30 minutes remove the aluminum foil and put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes to finish it. Now it is time to grab a portion and enjoy. Look at my other work.
