I designed this with Thinkercad in my DMA 3D printing class. I also like fidget spinners. This is very basic, but I like it. Note that you yank off the bottom with pliers, take out the top, make every thing smooth, not bumpy. Then put back in the top, and glue the bottom to the top, not the spinner, so that it spins. Note that I 3D printed every part, I did not buy anything.
