In this instructable, we will be giving a nerf mega magnus a sleek black paintjob and a removable silencer.

Gather Your Materials!

These are the materials you will need:

  • black spray paint
  • x-acto knife
  • scissors
  • drill
  • (optional) masking tape
  • super glue
  • empty film canister

Tip: cock your gun halfway before painting.

Make the Silencer!

1. Use the x-acto blade to cut the closed end of the canister as evenly as you can. You can clean up the edges with the scissors.

2. Use the drill to make 5-10 holes around the sides of the canister.

3. Cut a circle out of the lid, and glue it to the muzzle of your gun.

In less than 15 minutes (excluding drying time) you have a custom Mega Magnus ready for nite-ops. To attatch the silencer, just put it onto the lid you glued on.
