SUGAR COOKIE CHRISTMAS FUDGE | 4 Ingredients
The holidays are the perfect time to indulge in extra sweetness and I have the most perfect Christmas fudge recipe for you. It is the perfect combination of sugar cookies and fudge, one bite of this and you'll go in for more. There are only 3 simple ingredients, 4 if you are add the sprinkles to make it extra special. It comes together in no time at all, the hardest part is waiting for the fudge to cool off and harden so you can cut it up and enjoy. You can also change it up by skipping the sprinkles and adding your favorite nuts, I personally haven't tried that but I will next time I made this recipe. So if this sounds like something you are interested in making, follow along with the step by step instructions or you can watch the video below. Let's go!
Supplies
- All Clad Saucepan 3 qt
- Rubber Spatula
- Coconut Oil Cooking Spray
- Misc. Kitchen Utensils
Ingredients
- 24 oz bags white chocolate chips
- 1 1/4 cup sugar cookie mix
- (1) 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
- Christmas sprinkles
- Weight Converter (if you need help converting the measurements)
Prepare Baking Dish
Prepare a 9×9 baking dish (I used a 8x8 for thicker fudge but I would recommend using a 9x9) with parchment paper and a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
Add Ingredient to Sauce Pan
Add white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, and sweetened condensed milk to a sauce pan.
Melt Chocolate
Melt the chocolate and the rest of the ingredients over medium heat, stirring frequently until smooth. Do not walk away from the stovetop because this can burn the fudge, just make sure you are stirring it contently until it is smooth.
Add Sprinkles
Once mixture has melted and is smooth, turn off the heat and add about half a cup of Christmas sprinkles. You can skip this step and just add sprinkles to the top of your fudge but if you do end up adding the sprinkles just know that certain sprinkles may bleed through like mine. You can also add nuts in this step if you prefer. Give the mixture a good mix.
Add to Baking Dish
Pour fudge mixture into the prepared dish and even out the top.
Add Sprinkles
Top with more sprinkles.
Allow to Set
Place in refrigerator and allow to set overnight, or until firm. Slice into bite size pieces.
Enjoy!
Enjoy these festive treats with your loved ones!
