SPORT Logo 3D Car Sticker | Badge Emblem Decal for All Cars

This is a simple and short instructable that shows how to make a custom SPORT logo 3D sticker, Badge, Emblem, Decal for All Cars.

So, it's a DIY car decoration that anyone can easily make himself at home. It's made with PVC sheet, the thicker you can make looks better.

Here are few Tools and Materials that I used to make this sticker are as follows,

• PVC pipe or Sheet
• Mini Hacksaw
• Scroll Saw or Jewellery saw
• File Set
• Sand Papers
• Hot Air gun
• Carving Tools
• Ruler
• Pen Cutter
• Marker
• Spray Paint (Matt Black & Red)
• Masking Tape
• Saw Dust Powder
• Super Glue or wood glue
• Thin Double Sided Tape

First, I designed the logo in Photoshop and then took a print out as a template for the making.

Then, I carefully cut the template along the design with the help of a Pen Cutter and thus our logo is ready for pasting on the PVC sheet.

Next, I took a PVC pipe and cut a piece from it. Then, I heated the piece with my Hot Air Gun and made the sheet plain and flat.

Here, I paste my template logo to the PVC sheet with some wood glue and then cut the design roughly with my Scroll saw. If you doesn't have a Scroll saw, here you can also use a mini Hacksaw and Jewellery saw for the same.

Next, I used my File set and some fine Sand paper for filing the extra edges and smoothing the corner and other sides. Thus our logo is now pretty fine finished.

Here, I carved two side edges of my SPORT logo, one on the Letter 'S' and another on letter 'T'. I used my carving tools to dig some extra rectangle boxes to make an extra design so that later on it can be visually different or colored different.

Next, I simply used some Saw dust powder and Super glue to fill up the boxes and sanded nicely to get fine flat finish.

Thus our 3d sticker is one step left.

At first, I covered the two side box designs with Masking tape and then applied some Matt Black Spray paint. Then I removed the covering the prepare for the Red color.

Next, I again covered the sides with Masking tape leaving the boxes, so that the logo doesn't get ruined and applied some Orange Red Spray paint to it.

After the color gets dried, I pulled out the masking tape and thus our logo / emblem is now finished.

Lastly, I applied some thin double sided tape to the back of our emblem and installed to my car. You can place wherever it suits in your car and give it a sporty look.
