SIMPLE SYRUP
225g / 1 Cup Caster Sugar
235ml / 1 Cup Water
Heat up the sugar and water on a medium heat until the sugar dissolves and leave to cool.
STRAWBERRY SYRUP
225g Strawberries
1tbsp Caster Sugar
2tbsp Honey
1tbsp Water
Heat up all the ingredients on a low - medium heat. Mash the strawberries once softened and strain through a sieve.
BLUEBERRY & ORANGE SYRUP
225g Blueberries
1tbsp Caster Sugar
1tbsp Honey
1tbsp Water
The Juice and Zest of One Orange
Heat up all the ingredients on a low - medium heat. Mash the blueberries once softened and strain through a sieve.
FRESH LEMON JUICE
6 lemons
Squeeze the juice out of 6 large lemons.
