SPACE SHUTTLE ATLANTIS

I always was fascinated about space and wonder about it most of the time . I have questions about it ,those questions can only be answered if some one went to outer space and do an experiment. The only way one could do that is by going there using a rocket.From that time I started gaining interest in rockets so here is how I made my first paper rocket model.

First to make this rocket I needed a blue print and the design thanks to paper-replika.com I got every thing I needed there. Julius Perdana is the person who designed this paper replica of space shuttle Atlantis.

So today in this project we will add led to make it look like fire and also use some smoke.

I wanted to make it smaller than me but it is few inc taller than me .

click on the PDF file and download the file. open the file and give the password

Increase or decrease the size on you wish

After taking prints cut every part roughly.after cutting past the parts on chart paper and let it dry.

now cut the parts which have been stuck on the paper but this time on the edges (black outter lining)

Fold the edges(black line)in every part then stick the flaps to inner edges (the part is read) stick the other parts in same manner after sticking all parts follow the images and fix all parts to gether.

The rocket is completed here you can stop here or continue to make it look even better(adding smoke and leds to give it a launching view).
