Everyone loves S'mores!
And what better way of enjoying S'mores than in bread form?

I made these with my partner in bread crime: Alranth.

Ingredients and Materials

So we made two batches of s'mores bread with two different breads.
Molasses bread and cinnamon bread, both are equally delicious.
(The cinnamon bread one makes the bread taste more like a cinnamon bun at the end.)

Both recipes listed below make either four really small loaves or one regular loaf.

Molasses Bread

-1 5/8 cups milk
-4 cups bread flour
-2 tablespoons butter
-1/3 cup molasses
-1 tablespoon yeast
-2 teaspoons salt

Cinnamon Bread

-1 1/8 cups milk
-3 1/3 cups flour
-3 tbsp. brown sugar
-1 tsp. salt
-2 tsp. cinnamon
-1/4 cup butter or vegetable oil
-1 1/2 tsp. yeast

S'Mores Part

-baking chocolate (or nutella)
-mini marshmallows (or marshmallow fluff)
-graham crackers
-butter

Non-Food Things you Will Need

-Allow the dough to rise for an hour (or until it doubles in size) in a warm place like the microwave.
-Punch the dough after you take it out of the bowl.

-Flour a good surface to roll the dough out on.
-Roll the dough into a long rectangular shape.
-Add chocolate bits or spread Nutella onto the dough (we found it easiest to make chocolate chunks if you took the chocolate bar before unwrapping and smashed it with a glass cup).
-Add marshmallows or spread marshmallow fluff.
-Roll the dough into a tight log and pinch the ends the best you can.
-Roll the log in some crushed graham crackers.

Final Touches

-Grease the baking pan and add some crushed graham crackers to the bottom.
-Place the rolled logs into the greased pan.

Graham Cracker Final Touches

-Melt some butter and brush it onto your dough.
-Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top.

OR

-Melt some butter and add some graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, and sugar to taste to create a crumbly topping to put on the bread.

Baking

-Allow the bread to cool for at least ten minutes because the inside will be really hot and spill out while you're cutting a slice (unless you like that, then go for it).

Devouring :)
