SMS Based Notice Board Display

`when an important and urgent notice is sent via SMS along with the password the SMS will be display on the screen.

the LCD is 20x4 LCD which is displaying the previous message being sent onto the system.

The microcontroller section will save the previous msg sent to the system and display it untill the next SMS with the password come onto the system

it is used to receive the emergency message along with the password to display the message immediately
