PUT THE BALLOON ON THE PEN BODY(cylindrical Shaped Body)AND SECURE THE BALLOON BY PUTTING RUBBER BAND ON IT.
PUT ANY SHARP STICK OR PEN REFILL INSIDE THE CYLINDRICAL BODY.
PULL THE BALLOON ALONG WITH THE STICK.......AIM.......AND SHOOT
MAKE ANY TARGET BY USING PAPER AND CARDBOARD
MAKE SURE YOU DONT SHOOT AT ANYONE
