I've had this pair of Sennheiser HD 495 headphones for years sitting in a drawer. I think it's time to give them a new lease of life.
MATERIALS
A4 sheet of foam 5 mm thick (I used some old off cuts you can use thicker pieces)
Marker pen
Scissors
Hoover
Small brush
Plastic container
Fabric conditioner
Paper towels
Cleaning wipes
CAREFULLY PULL APART

Pinch the earphone cloth piece and carefully pull apart.
(Please note: I managed to tear the cloth away from the other earphone but I was able to superglue it back together).
BRUSH / HOOVER

Using a small brush, brush away any loose bits from the headset then using your fingers dig out any of the loose bits from the cloth and hoover.

Take one of the fabric earphone pieces and use as a template to draw around onto the A4 sheet of foam then cut out with the scissors.
