SB Swedish Pancakes

These pancakes are a Swedish family recipe and are my favourite thing to eat for breakfast!

Wash Hands

Get Ingredients Out Including a Bowl and Big Spoon

· 2 eggs

· 1 tsp of salt

· 1 tsp of sugar

· 2 cups of milk

· 2 cups of flour and more cups

Add All the Ingredients and Mix Them Together

· 2 eggs

· And a pinch of salt

· Mix together

· Add a tsp of sugar

· Mix together

· Add two cups of milk

· Mix together

· Add two cups of flour mix and keep adding more until the batter is smooth but not too runny

P.S. Here are some extras you might like to add to the batter like

· Chocolate Chips

· Small broken up chocolate bars pieces

· Blueberries

· Strawberries

· Raspberries

· Blackberries and so on….

Geting the Frying Pan and Stove Ready

Then get the friyng pan ready and spread butter all arownd and set the stove to about 5,6 or 7 digrees Warning: all little children must have an adult with them when they do this.

Pouring in the Batter and Making the Pancakes

Pour two scoops of the batter into the frying pan. Cook for only two minutes on each side and scoop it up with a spachula and P.S. then you can add what ever topings you would like

· Nutella

· Syrup

· Jam

· Butter/Margarin

· Penut butter

· Different kinds of fruit

and so on.....
