Eek! Me and my sister were running out of flour. This was a disaster. We couldn't make cookies like we wanted to! On the spot, we decided to make a new, low-flour cookie recipie.

You will need:

*1 cup or so of flour

*pinch of salt

*1/4 tsp of baking powder

*1 stick butter

*1/2 cup tightly packed brown sugar

*1 egg

*1/2 tsp vanilla extract

*food color(optional)

Dry Ingredients

Mix together the flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl with a whisk or fork. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees farenheit.

Wet Ingredients

In an electric mixer, or hand mixer, mix butter, sugar, egg and vanilla at speed two or low.

Scoop the cookies onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 11-15 minutes.

A Delicious Disaster? or Cookie Catastrophe?

What to call this mess? Ugh. My sister put waaaaaaaay too much grease on the pan, so the cookies sloshed around while baking. We had an argument about who refused to put in the last of the flour, so we don't really know who did it. DO NOT put sooooooooooooo much grease on the pan and leave out a third of the flour. Learn from experience, mi amigos!
